About

Built by an operator, for operators.

Devin Casey — MBA, business development manager, operations consultant, U.S. Navy veteran, and author of The MBA Playbook for Small Business.

I'm Devin Casey. I hold an MBA from Western Governors University and spend my working hours doing three things: running business development for a specialized aviation company, consulting on operations and growth for a healthcare clinic in the Phoenix Metro, and building Elaren Advisors — a practice designed specifically for owner-operated small businesses under $4M in revenue.

I wrote The MBA Playbook for Small Business because most business books are written for companies that already have a CFO, a VP of Operations, and a strategy team. If you're running a $1M service business with five employees and yourself wearing four hats, those books aren't for you. This practice isn't either — it's for you.

Elaren Advisors works with businesses that have real revenue, real operational problems, and owners who are serious about fixing them. Every engagement starts with a paid Diagnostic — a structured look at where margin is leaking and what to do about it. No retainer lock-in until you've seen the findings and decided they're worth acting on.
