Revenue band is annual trailing-12-month revenue. If you're between bands, we'll size the engagement to where you actually are, not where the calendar puts you.

Diagnose + Build
50% to start, 50% at delivery. ACH, card, or check.
Stay on
Monthly retainer, billed the 1st. Cancel any month with 15 days' notice.
Bundle discount
Diagnose + Build + 3 months of Stay on = 10% off the bundled total. Applied automatically at SOW.
What we don't charge for
The Fit Call. Scope-creep “discovery.” Travel inside Phoenix Metro. Software licenses (pass-through — you pay the vendor directly).
Three guarantees, in writing.
1. Diagnostic money-back
If your Diagnostic doesn't surface at least 3× the fee in annualized opportunity, the Diagnostic fee is refunded in full. We do this maybe two or three times a year. It's not theater.
2. Build kill-switch
Cancel any Build SOW in the first 30 days, no questions asked. You pay for work delivered, nothing more.
3. Retainer flexibility
Stay-on retainers cancel any month with 15 days' notice. No early-termination fees. No annual lock.
